developing my novel loves clashing while obtaining an mfa in film and television production at university of southern california taught me story structure. film writing is all about plot and pacing. obtaining a fellowship with anaphora arts and studying the craft of creative writing with writers of color taught me precision with words and the beauty of language. working at paramount studios taught me the workflow behind my artistry, and now i wish to share my experience with you.
